Favorite movies	I love documentaries, American History X (A perfect movie!), Other peoples lives, The Triplets of Belleville, Il Postino (Just love this), Death at a Funeral (The British), Water, Children of Heaven, Delicatessen, Amelie, Millions, City of God, Life Is Beautiful, Harold and Maude…….No no there are too many good movies….I’ll have to think about this a little more.
Favorite books	I know this is cliche but “To Kill A Mocking Bird” changed my life, I also love any Steinbeck and Ayn Rand and I love reading Ray Bradbury ( I read him to my kids during the Summer). Michael Ondaatje, Wallace Stegner, Isabel Allende……..Books I’ve just read….”A fine balance”, “The kite runner, “The bookseller of Kabul”, “In the skin of a lion” (Ondaatje), “Blink” (Malcolm Gladwell is fantastic!) Right now I am reading “The Diary of Martha Ballard”, the history of a midwife in the late 1700’s. I love history and this book is especially well researched and interesting (A lot of history books are one OR the other).
