Introduction	A young marketer, based in sultry Singapore who could not think of anything more enjoyable than hosting a cocktail party. I adore cooking all cuisines and all styles of dishes, though I have a soft spot for Canapés and French provincial fare. Cooking is not the only element of cocktail parties that I love. It’s everything from the excitement of decorating the table, to trying to find that elusive ingredient to cleaning up the next morning with brilliantly funny memories from the night before. THE CAPTIVE CANAPÉ culminates my favorite things in life: friends, food, parties, drinks and travel. I am lucky enough to have fabulous friends scattered all over the world. Though now based in Asia, it’s usually a long time between drinks. This blog aspires to dissolve the distance and bring to life great memories, in striking locations through canapés and innocent tipples! Chin chin! Oh, and I always wear a Missoni apron when cooking!
