Introduction	Hello, Shoenistas!! I am Nneka (Ne-neeka), your friendly and extremely shoe crazy neighborhood ShoeZilla. I was born and raised in New York (Brooklyn then Rockland County) by my Mother, a police officer. She was based out of a precinct in the West Village, which afforded me the fabulous opportunity of hanging out in Washington Square Park surrounded by ultra fashionable Gays, NYU students and tourists. Because of this metropolitan upbringing, I have come to appreciate fashion as art; paying particular attention to the beautiful creations that adorn one's feet. And, as a fourth generation shoe addict who is currently raising a shoe addict, it was only fitting for me to begin writing about all things shoes and of course all things fashion. As I share my latest finds, sales and photos, I would like the readers to do the same.
