IntroductionThank you for visiting this blog, where I post copies of prayers, sermons, book reviews and notes that I have made at lectures and events. I am a priest in the Church of England. I have recently been appointed as Rector of St Olave Hart Street in the City of London and will be installed in January 2026. I have served as Curate at St Giles-in-the-Fields, Honorary Assistant Priest at St George's Bloomsbury and Hon. Chaplain to the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. I have been elected as a member of the Diocesan Synod. I am a research student at the Divinity Faculty of the University of Cambridge. I was a Director of a firm of architects for over twenty years before helping to set up a PR and communications company. I trained at St Augustine's College of Theology on placement at St Stephen Walbrook. I have served as a Churchwarden at Christ Church Southgate, Board Member St Pancras and Origin Housing Associations. I have been Chair of Governors of a successful Primary School and a member of the Steering Group of HeartEdge based at St Martin-in-the-Fields.
