| Introduction | I like to read, write, travel, mix music, hike mountains, and kick back with a pipe and a bottle of mead, though the latter pleasure is too often denied in this phase of poverty. I've traveled to around 30 countries, mostly in Europe and Asia. My hobby is writing fiction, and I generally use this blog to catalogue my daily word-count. I've completed several novels and have several more in various stages. I used to work as a DJ, a journalist, and a website editor. Other dabbled professions include construction, restaurant work, sales, managerial position--jack of all trades, dumbshit on most. I'm currently studying toward a degree in education. I had a daughter in 2010 and am currently working (somewhat sporadically) on a YA novel for her to read when she hits her tweens. |
