| Introduction | My initial backround was in nursing working in critical care units. I began working as a realtor in 1987 when my children were 7 & 9 and had a very successful career. In 2001 I went into managing a real estate office with over 60 agents and love coaching agents to succeed. The process of becoming a real estate agent is a commitment of time, energy and emotion.
