Interests	I am a Mum with the ever impending 30 approaching and having a little bit of a stress about not achieving a lot of what I thought I would have achieved by now. You know what its like, young and single free as a bird; uni student or party animal. Then you meet the man of your dreams settle down start a family, aquire the white picket fence and ... hold a minute a decade has passed and what was that thing you called free time, or personal goals. Well no more excuses, here is my accountability to you. So join me in my journey to a fitter, happier and healthier Mum, Lover and Friend and overall my Zen Me
