| Introduction | I am a 60 year old female who started running in 2011. I run in Vibram 5 fingered shoes which is the next best thing to running barefoot. I have yet to come across any other runner in Oxfordshire who runs in 5 finger shoes. My shoes generate a lot of interest and comments where ever i go. |
