| Introduction | Come in and visit God’s Country!!!! Located just south of Eau Claire, Wisconsin. This is a rare 180 acre parcel of hardwoods, meadows, trails and ridges. Beaver Creek runs along the north boundary and there are several springs that bubble up out of the ground. There are many groomed trails that wind through the woods, about 60 acres is natural thick woods. There’s an abundance of wild life like turkey, deer (Big Bucks), and tons of small game, there have even been reports of bear. (NO MISQUITOS) There are so many possibilities, hunting and recreational land, build a cabin or home with a big back yard. Ride your snowmobile or 4 wheeler down the groomed trails.
