| Introduction | Howdy ya'll! I'm Natalie and I write Natalie's Killer Cuisine (duh). I live in Dallas, TX with my boyfriend Kyle, our dog Holly, and a very cluttered kitchen. I love to cook a little bit of everything, but on this blog you will see the healthy meals I prepare for myself, the decadent desserts I love to create (and cheat on my diet with), and glutttonous meaty meals for Kyle. Before starting my blog I went to culinary school and have worked in restaurants, both back of house as a pastry chef and front of house as a server. The restaurant industry is absolutely nuts, so I started doing catering out of my apartment (which has turned out to be even more nuts) but I enjoy being my own boss ;) After starting my blog I realized I loved photography as much as cooking, and will be going back to school for photography in Summer 2010.
