Introduction	Hi! I'm Jackie and I used to have an addiction to baking, so you will find lots of baking recipes in the archives. These days, I eat a gluten free diet due to an intolerance. I also cook paleo(ish) recipes to make our food as healthy as possible. Eating grain and legume free has made me feel better than I ever have and assisted in my recent (almost) forty pound weight loss.
