| Introduction | Welcome to my Bio! My Background Information: I graduated from Penn State University in 2002. I worked in New Home Construction for 3 years as a Project Manager building homes that ranged from 2200 sq ft to 5500 sq ft. In addition to being a Real Estate Broker in the Lake Norman Area, I am also a Licensed General Contractor in NC. I consider myself an EXPERT with the entire process of new home construction! I created this site to provide valuable information to buyers and sellers of real estate in the Lake Norman and Charlotte NC areas. My primary goal when working with my clients is to provide them with service that exceeds their expectations and make their homebuying or selling experience smooth and pleasant. Every post on a community that I submit is from communities that I have been to. All the pictures you see are from my camera.
