| Introduction | All I ever wanted to be was an Artist and a teacher. I'm lucky: that's what I am. I am a watercolor painter with a Master of Arts Degree in Fine Art, a B.A. in Art Education with a minor in English, and I have exhibited internationally in competitions, group exhibits, and one-man shows (and I still prefer "he" to "they" as the general first-person pronoun). I taught ESL to adults for over 20 years and have had one-man shows in Taipei, Los Angeles, and New York. Early on, I was thrilled to do an Album Cover for Warner Brothers (a or the Fugs Album). I sell on eBay, under the same ID: books, dolls, art and art dolls. |
| Interests | Anime and Manga. I especially enjoy Naruto, Inuyasha, and Samurai Champloo, for the artwork., I enjoy Foolie Coolie and Cowboy Bebop for the weirdness; the mushrooms episode of Cowboy Bebop is my favorite. I love to do cross-country running with the HHH and love even more to do it with my dog -- the greatest Hash dog; unfortunately, since we have been in Dallas the DH has shown no inteest at all in it (he just Hashed till he found a wife?? that's a twist)., I also love to swim, be outdoors, and sunbathe -- and living this far from a beach, or seeing a beach as infrequently as I now do is killing me; however, summer 2008 I got a larger backyard swimming pool -- large enough to float in and read., Reading |
