| Introduction | Hello, I’m Professor Corrine T. Spencer. I have worked with foreign-born populations in the U.S. for nearly 20 years as both an educator and researcher. My work focuses on the safety of international and undocumented students across a wide range of legal and educational issues. I am a former CERT volunteer with the Office of Emergency Management in Broome County, NY, where I worked on crisis response and public safety initiatives. My academic background includes graduate-level studies in educational law, higher education law, and immigration law, which I apply in my research and advocacy. While I primarily teach academic research writing, my expertise extends to immigration compliance, student rights, and legal protections for vulnerable populations. |
