| Introduction | I am a half time University librarian, and a half time licensed Israeli tour-guide. But most of all I am a life-long student. I have many interests, such as archeology, Israeli and Jewish history and Judaism. But medieval manuscripts, both Latin and Hebrew, and in particular their paleography, have a special place in my heart. One day I hope to write an article, or even a doctorate, in the subject. In fact I started a doctorate in Hebrew incunabula, but for different reasons I put it on hold. I have written an unpublished thesis about a 12th century Hebrew Latin psalter in Leiden University (MS Or 4725); and another unpublished thesis about the writing of the Tetragrammaton in medieval Hebrew manuscripts. |
