| Introduction | I no longer have time and energy to blog but you can contact me via Twitter or Ravelry as Purlpower. Peace! Originally from Derby (UK) I've been knitting obsessively for the past 12 years, since I first fell ill with 'fibromyalgia'. The fibro has since been found to be a symptom of my having Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome Type III (AKA, Hypermobility Syndrome). I currently live in Paisley, West Scotland. My other interests are quilting, vintage fabrics, sewing, writing, music, comedy, food, real-ale, politics & current affairs, gardening, travelling and poetry. Often I am too tired or sore to do anything, even think! However, I strongly believe that craft can be a force for good in the world hence PURLPOWER! P.S.
