| Introduction | I have been living in the USA as a permanent resident for 8 years. Since I am not a US-citizen I don't get to vote but I still have to obey all laws, pay taxes and US government has a strong impact on my daily life in the US. It shouldn't be surprising that as an Immigrant from Europe my views on political and social issues are very liberal. This political blog was created by me as part of a requirement for my American government class and I hope it will give ideas for interesting discussions throughout and maybe beyond this semester. I am excited to learn more about American politics and the influence it has on people living in and outside the USA. |
