| Introduction | I received my training as a Holistic Health Coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which is the only nutrition school integrating all the different dietary theories—combining the knowledge of traditional philosophies with modern dietary concepts. The focus is on your primary food; relationships, career, spirituality and physical activity and your secondary food; what, when and how you eat. I have national accreditation as a Holistic Health Coach through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, a private national certifying body. In addition I have completed my B.S. in Psychology and my Masters of Science in Education and Special Education and Specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis.
