Introduction	I am a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist specializing in Inner Child, Fear/Phobias, Past-Life Regressions, Personal Growth and Weight Loss. I host weekly Meditation Groups, Women's Groups, Inner Child Workshops, Cancer survivorship/Caregiving Groups as well as teach Yoga. Ranging from Hatha, Yin, and Pranayama. I specialize in those with physical disabilities looking to regain mobility. I have been involved with the American Cancer Society Upland Relay for Life for the past 5 years as a Team Captain, Team Recruitment Chair, Team Development Chair and Event Co-chair. As a donatee of free time I have provided Care Alternative's Hospice with Volunteer Bereavement Counseling and Respite Classes. I participated at the 2012 Palliative Care Coalition, speaking on the behalf of guided imagery used in pain management. Last year I ran a foundation catering to the community for women and children in crisis. As well as taught, "Guided Imagery for the Body" at Scripps College Summer program.
