The first time you had your shoes taken off - how surprised were you to see that you still had toes?
Interesting question, but I’m afraid I don’t have the answer that sounds that interesting, for I don’t recall how I reacted when my shoes were taken-off for the first time. But I’m sure who ever took them off would have been relieved to see the same normal pair of foot.
