Introduction	Fat pretty much my whole life. Well I'm tired of it. Time to deal with it. I don't have all the answers. I'm not doing this to educate anybody but myself. I'm shocked a few people actually read this! But if we can share our journey with each other, we'll all be better off.

Favorite movies	Movies that make me laugh, movies that make me cry, movies that make me think. Not so much the movies that scare the crap outta me.
Favorite music	Almost anything as long as it's loud.
Favorite books	I really don't believe there is such thing as a bad book.
