| Introduction | Tokyo, one of the most heavily populated cities on earth is not unlike those giant cities the Apostle Paul centered his ministry around, daring to go to the bustling hub of regions yet unreached by the Gospel message. The last command the Lord Jesus Christ gave leaving earth was to go and tell people of all ethnicities the good news, teaching them how to obey and love God (Matt. 28). He also said not until there is a testimony in all the nations will God's full reign on earth come (Matt. 24:14). According to joshuaproject.net, Japan is one of the largest unreached people groups in the world. As westernized as the nation of Japan is, less than 1 percent of its population (127 million) claim to be Christian. |
