Introduction	I'm a school counsellor with three kids, four cats and a hard-working journalist for a husband. We live quietly at the end of a long lane where my father's meadows roll down to a river and sheep regularly wander into our garden. From my front windows I can clearly see The Sperrin Mountains stretching impressively across the horizon. I have a plan to prise my kids from their computer games, force hiking boots onto them and chase them up that mountain. It will be fun. Honestly.
