We have literally thousands of collection jobs available and we are just getting started. Having been in the collections industry for 15 plus years, I came to the conclusion long ago that the toughest challenge a collections business faces is turnover and finding good talented debt collectors. And buy going with big name job boards, you pay $500 for a month for an ad, and allot of the applicants do not have the specific experience available.
