Overcoming eating disorders is much like climbing a mountain. It is hard work, and at times you may feel like you can't take another step. That's when you can get support from me and the members of this blog. I know what it's like to have eating disorders, so I can personally relate to your challenges and successes in recovery.
I believe in complete recovery from eating disorders, and that you can live as if you've never had one. For the past 15 years I have been guiding people on the path of complete recovery from eating disorders. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I facilitate an eating disorder support group in Denver, Colorado every Tuesday evening.
