I have also attended The Institute of Culinary Education in NYC and recieved my diplomia in Career Pastry, 2007. Currently working as a Pastry Cook at Level 42 Associates, White Plains, Ny.
Favorite movies	Feel good family films.
Favorite music	I <3 Rock in all its forms. and when I'm in the mood sometimes a little country. And I'm always up for some classic Jazz.
