| Introduction | A pastor of 25+ years, Ryan started his pastoral ministry in a small town in Abilene, KS, where he was a Youth Pastor before being accepted to L.I.F.E. Bible College in Southern California. It was in Bible College that he and a team of five others started their first church plant, which still flourishes today, and where he met his wife. With his wife, her daughter, now married with two kids of her own, and their son together, a local actor, they have served the Lord, bi-vocationally, in a variety of Leadership Development roles within new church plants, early church start-ups, and well-established ministries in Southern and Northern California, and Colorado. While currently pastoring a church in Colorado Springs, CO, Springs of Living Water, Ryan is also one of the Director's at Key2Changes, and a Sales Executive at a local Men's Clothier, as well as, a Leadership Development Trainer. |
