Introduction	I am a 35 year old wife, mother, and doctor. I am married to Michael Caviness who is truly my soul mate. We have two sweet children- Cole and Cadence. We have an amazing niece and nephew, Adia and Aiden, who are our favorite people to hang out with. I started this blog for a project during my 4th year of medical school and decided to continue to blog after Cole was born to help me remember, savor, as well as process the everyday struggles, challenges and special moments.
