| Introduction | Barry is a partner with the advisory firm The Strategic Planning Group. He works with business and government executives and their management teams to develop business strategies and solutions for their unique business problems. He is an advocate of a market-focused approach to drive customer, employee, and shareholder value. Barry holds an M.B.A. from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, and a M.A. in Philosophy and B.A. in Sociology from York University in Toronto. He is the author of two books, The Business of Walt Disney and the Nine Principles of His Success, and Free Will: Sam Harris Has It (Wrong). His essay "The Project Management Paradox" was published in the Ivey Business Journal (March/April '08), and "Think Like an Iconoclast: The Principles of Walt Disney's Success" was published in the Spring '09 issue of Rotman Magazine.
