| Introduction | After multiple ventures into various fields, I finally found my calling in the world as a Pastry Chef. With a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Sculpture and over 20yrs of self-taught knowledge, I traveled to a tiny desert town in California and made a name for myself by establishing my own business. Through my triumphs, and plenty faliures, I have learnt much and still have so much more to learn. I wasn't dealt an easy hand, as I have several neurological disorders, including Tourette's Syndrome, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Dysthymic Disorder, and Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder (lucky me). Some days are a breeze, while others can feel like pulling teeth. Hopefully my adventures through life will provide anyone with some mild entertainment, or at least keep them slightly distracted. |
