| Introduction | Here in Naxos I live in a very small house in Aghios Thaleleos near Melanes which my husband and I built some years ago. Over the last 15 years I have worked in several ecological shops in Germany; I sold cheese and meat on markets and I worked in a very large ecological supermarket in Frankfurt. During this time I gained a lot of experience and competence which now gives me the courage to realise my ideas and my dreams: to work not for some company, but for myself, and to be free to sell only the things I really want to sell and make one small contribution towards a better world. |
