Introduction	I am a 15+ year CEO veteran in the association community who lives and eats with passion the concept of making a difference in people's lives on the global scale. I am determined to use the power of the association model to connect people with a common passion and cause. I live daily the journey of every association executive seeking to grow their association to such financial health with loyal members so it can afford to do some pretty awesome things for the membership. That is what I'm here to discuss so that other associations can learn from "real life" experience through the eyes of a CEO making the same tough decisions on a daily basis.... Interests	I love playing the drums, dancing for exercise and networking while doing fun things with my friends. Most importantly I love leading people to experience life like they never imagined to feel how awesome it is to be living.
