About me

Introduction	All of my life I have enjoyed working in the arts. As a small child, I loved to draw. I became interested in photography as a way to record an image that I wanted to use in a drawing. When I was in high school, I took my first photography class. I began to see photography as an art form in itself as a way to express myself. I loved it so much that in college I majored in Fine Arts specializing in Photography. I have been teaching for three years at Seminole High School. I teach Creative Photography 1, 2 and Yearbook. I love teaching my students to see the world rather than just look at it. I have been married to my husband, Brett, for 10 years. We have a wonderful six-year-old daughter named Kaia.
