Introduction	Hello and thank you for checking out my blog. My name is Larry, I'm 46 and I live in the burbs of NJ with my lovely wife and my two large dogs Taybor and Lilu. Life is good. One of my passions in life is weightlifting. My idea of going straight to the bar is leaving work and going to the gym. I'm not huge, in fact I would be classified as a hard-gainer but no matter what, I lift hard and I lift for mass. My wife and I are huge fans of the sport of bodybuilding. Some of the household favorites are Jay Cutler, Phil Heath, Victor Martinez, Ric Draisen, Betty Pariso and Hidetada Yamagishi just to name a few. The purpose of this blog is to discuss anything about weightlifting, bodybuilding and physical fitness. Hopefully we can all exchange some ideas and thoughts and don't be surprised if a few rants get tossed into the mix too.
