Introduction	Sometimes I feel like aliens came to earth, kidnapped me and replaced my thin self with this puffy unrecognizable version of myself. And then, at other times, when I'm a bit more lucid, I realize I got older, my metabolism slowed down and a strong dislike of exercise accompanied by a love of greasy, fattening food is really to blame. Time to fix that...
