Introduction	I am the director of the Rise School at the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH). I have a Master's degree from the University of Alabama (ROLL TIDE!!) and and have been an educator for over 20 years. I am a previous pre-k teacher, autism & pre-k special needs resouce specialist and member of my last district's assistive technology team. I am a wife and mom of 2 children (my oldest having a diagnosis on the autism spectrum) and a dog and cat.
