Introduction	I am your pretty typical geek. I spend most of my time indoors gaming and reading, though I don't do nearly enough of the latter that I would like. That's one of the reasons that I started this blog. Last year my friend challenged herself to read 100 books with 60 of them being new. While that is way to ambitious for me I have decided to do something similar. I will read 12 books this year. I have a lot in my head and have wanted to start a blog for a while, so I thought that this was as good as an excuse as any. My blog name comes from John Green's "The Fault in Our Stars": "Sometimes the Universe just wants to be noticed." This quote touched me in a million ways and is the second half of the reason why I chose to start a blog now. I completely believe that if you chose to ignore the universe, it will find a way to make you notice. I chose to notice and I figured that in conjunction with reviewing and reading I will also record my noticings.
Interests	I like reading but don't do nearly enough of it. Gaming takes up way to much of my time. Writing is something I love, and wish I was better at.
Favorite movies	Too many to count but some include: Live Free and Die Hard, Serenity, Made of Honor, Alice (2009)
Favorite music	Anything with a good beat and clever lyrics, that turns out to be mostly musicals.
Favorite books	Anything by John Green, Outsiders, To Kill A Mockingbird, 1984, Hunger Games, Ender's Game, Harry Potter

Why do you think honeydew is the money melon?

Because it's green and tastes vaguely like money. . .
