Introduction	I am a 48-year-old Christian homeschool mom. I have diabetes, high blood pressure, and am insulin resistant. I also have PCOS and am currently going through menopause. I take insulin. I love God with all of my heart. And by His strength I have begun my journey to better health. I welcome any visitors here that want to encourage and inspire me on this journey.
