Introduction	The Las Vegas HSR is located at the Welfare Services Complex at Craig and Allen in North Las Vegas, NV. Our address is 3750 West Craig Rd., North Las Vegas, NV 89032-8191. Our phone number is 702-649-8191, Ext. 134. The HSR is located inside the Deseret Industries building. Use the front entrance and go to the door on your left just past the changing rooms. Our operating hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and evenings by appointment. The Room will be closed Thanksgiving week, Christmas week, and New Year's week.
