| Introduction | I am in the works of becoming a natural bodybuilder and keep my focus on that and education. I've learned a lot over my lifespan and yet I'm a child in the realm of wisdom. I'm one of a kind overall; this is why I took such a liking to the name Muhammad Ali wanted to give to his last adopted child, Ahad. The name means "The one and only". |

| Favorite Books | The Celestine Prophecy, Chicken Soup for the Soul (the series), Go Ask Alice, The Tao of muhammad Ali, anything by Thich Nhat Hanh, the more I think about it the more I realize I've enjoyed so many great books that it would take me weeks if not months to remember all the best. |
