Introduction	I recently became inspired to start a blog to express my knowledge on fitness and health. I wanted to create an easy access site for friends and others to visit as a learning resource. I am currently working on my undergraduate degree in Wellness Management, Health Science and Coaching. I plan on moving forward to graduate school for my Doctrine in Physical Therapy. My dream is to open up my own building which will consist of my PT Clinic, Fitness Center, Recreational Gym and Spa. I want to provide people with the opportunities I did not have growing up.
