| Introduction | Born and raised in Mexico City where I studied the B.S. in Applied Mathematics. I worked in Mexico at the National Council of Evaluation of Social Development Policy (CONEVAL) as the subdirector of Methodologies for Poverty Measurement. In 2005, I worked as a research analyst at the Social Development Ministry (SEDESOL) in the Main Directorate of Geostatistics and Rosters of Beneficiaries. I then moved to Austin, Texas to study the M.S. in Statistics. I live in Montreal since August 2009. |
