| Introduction | I have two blogs -one in English, one in Spanish. They have different content. I was born and live in Argentina. I am a lawyer, have written two books on civil law and a number of articles for law reviews. I think that the rule of law is one of the best achievements of mankind, though its meaning is often misunderstood. It is not merely a legal concept. It is an essential part of civilization.
