Introduction	Well, let's see...I owe this all to Hot Chocolate, my sister-n-law, who hooked me with her blog. I became Carolina Chocolate to post on her blog and the name has stuck. I've got a husband who loves Carolina Basketball and three beautiful kids who will someday love Carolina Basketball as well...if they know what's best for them. I enjoy crafts, sewing, the theater, dance, and reading Young Adult and Children's Literature. There are many things I would like to learn how to do such as photography, woodwork, and include more teaching opportunities for my kids. If I had time, I would love to participate in a dance class, water aerobics, or a children's education class at the community college. It would also be fun to be in a book club. But alas...at this point, with three little ones I'm lucky to get a shower and have some sort of food to eat for dinner.
