Introduction	I'm an 80s/90s indiepop kid who never grew out of it. Although pushing 40 now I still obsess over discovering new bands and I try to get to as many gigs as my mortgage will allow. I'm addicted to music blogs and I guess it was inevitable that I'd do one myself some day. While most of the ones I read (please follow the links above!) are there to share obscure albums and EPs, and I'm very grateful to them for doing so, I decided instead to just share one song at a time. This way, I can highlight the tracks that particularly stood out for me, which often aren't the first ones you'd think of from the band in question. In the early 90s I had a brilliant music business job which I should never have given up (all offers considered!) and which exposed me to a lot of music that I wouldn't necessarily have thought of listening to otherwise. So, although I'm an indie kid first and foremost, I do have fairly broad tastes and you'll probably be surprised at some of the things that turn up here. Although based in Dublin now I've moved around a lot, which has also helped expand my musical knowledge. Oh, and I'm single. Just sayin'.
