| Introduction | Robin commenced his career as a sales ‘cadet’ with Ray White. Working in both sales and property management. Robin received a good understanding how on to best look after his clients needs in both areas. Moving to the ‘future leaders program’ within Ray White, Robin was guided to learn crucial leadership and management skills and at 21, Robin left to start his own real estate office with a colleague. As licensee and part owner of this business, a thorough grounding on every aspect of real estate and business was achieved. At 25, Robin sold out of the business to go back into a sales only role within a different company. Robin was then approached to work at the Ray White corporate office as a Business Development Executive where roles included training, office support and some recruitment. This experience took Robin out of the field for just over 12 months and gave him a new perspective on sales, auctions, business and how to step up service to clients. At Ray White House Team, Robin is looking forward to provide is enthusiasm and 10 years experience to the market |
