Introduction	I originally intended to use the "lostintaipei" URL to keep friends + family informed about life in Taipei, Taiwan while we lived there from 3/08-3/09. After avoiding THAT task, I was finally motivated to start THIS blog because upon injecting IVF drugs in late November of '08, I was exhausted. Floored. Forced to gasp stay put for once and FOCUS. I strive to follow the path of least regrets. Been my motto since '89 when I lost my mother to ovarian cancer when she was just 50. Loss shapes lives. Infertility loss has also shaped my life. But it doesn't define it. Hit the "Tree-hugging, etc." link and you'll find a more detailed lowdown about all the glory that is potty-mouthed me.

Favorite movies	Everything by Wes Anderson + Harold + Maude, The Matrix (1st only), Fight Club, Mr. Deeds (w/ Adam Sandler - it's true. I do adore that ridiculous movie), The Shining
Favorite music	Beck, The Beatles, Radiohead, Sia, Blue-Eyed Son, Elliot Smith, David Byrne, Pixies, The Polyphonic Spree, Mark Mothersbaugh, all the brilliant soundtracks Wes Anderson compiles.
