| Introduction | I'm the mother of 4 and grandmother of 13. I have worked over 30 years in the male dominated plumbing industry. I've helped raise grandchildren and I've buried a child. I have become an avid DIY'er and I'm addicted to Pinterest. I watch the crazy Real Housewives of Whatever and Game of Thrones. Some of my blogs will be heartfelt and very personal to me and others will be light hearted with an occasional DIY idea thrown in. My husband and I moved in the HOT summer of 2012 to our dream location in Granbury, Texas and will move in to little lake house in June 2018. Since moving here, our little town has survived a devastating tornado in June 2013 and a sheriffs deputy murdered on duty. But the key word here is "survived".
