| Introduction | Kofi Anokye Owusu-Darko holds a DBA in Leadership & Organisational Change. He is a Chartered Banker, a Chartered Professional Administrator, a licensed Management Consultant, a Registered Organization Development (OD) Practitioner and a Mediator & ADR Practitioner. He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management (ACCA-UK), an Executive MBA in Information Technology Management from Paris Graduate School of Management, France, a Bachelor of laws (LLB) from GIMPA and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Information Technology & Telecommunication from the Glasgow School of Law (University of Strathclyde). As a qualified OD practitioner, management consultant and a trained facilitator, Kofi conducts organization assessments leading to diagnosis of culture, team effectiveness and organisational effectiveness as well as dynamic team-building, strategic and action planning, culture realignment and various OD interventions. Kofi has also facilitates workshops in negotiations and conflict management. Kofi is currently studying Mediation & ADR with Gamey & Gamey Group and PULSE Institute, Africa. |
