Introduction	Hey everyone! My name is Rachel and ever since I was a little girl with white stringy hair, I loved to cook! I owe this love and passion to my grandma Jean who one day at a family gathering let little old me microwave a ramekin of Kraft singles to display on the table with all the other food. To my disbelief, that ramakin was going to cook the crap out of those Kraft Singles and, hence the name leave burnt cheddar instead of a delicious and creamy cheese spread.
